How it works

Two automatic tracks — one overview

Offers waiting for a reply. Invoices past due. The system works on both while you're out on the job.

01Offer reminders

The offer goes out — the reminder sets itself

The moment an offer leaves your outbox, Svendetid quietly sets a deadline behind the scenes. If the customer doesn't respond in time, the system sends a calm, well-written follow-up on your behalf — the day the deadline hits, not three weeks later.

02Invoice reminders

Overdue invoices get their own timeline

A payment deadline isn't a suggestion — it's a trigger. When an invoice falls overdue, Svendetid starts a reminder sequence by your rules: how many, how far apart, and in what tone. You skip the awkward phone call entirely.

03Svend AI

Ask the AI to speak for you — it checks first

"Are there offers waiting for a reply?" — Svend AI finds them instantly, proposes what should happen, and waits for your yes. Nothing is sent without approval. You keep full control without carrying it all in your head.

Natural languageAlways confirms firstBundles multiple tasks

Svend AI

Ask in plain language. Svend does the rest.

"Send a reminder to all overdue invoices" or "Which offers haven't been answered in over 5 days?" — Svend AI finds the answer, proposes the action, and waits for your yes.

> Are there offers waiting for a reply, and invoices that are overdue?

Yes — 2 offers still waiting:

#T-112 · Hansen · Bathroom · kr 18,400
#T-108 · Madsen · Gutters · kr 6,200

And 1 invoice is overdue:

#2847 · Larsen · kr 4,750 · overdue Jun 10

Shall I send reminders and the chase now?

Yes, send them all

Questions

Frequently asked questions

When does the system send an offer reminder?+

You choose a deadline — e.g. 3 days. If the customer doesn't reply within that time, Svendetid automatically sends a friendly follow-up email on your behalf. You don't need to do anything.

Can I set how many reminders are sent?+

Yes. You choose the number of reminders and the interval between them — e.g. reminder 1 after 3 days, reminder 2 after 7 days. Everything adapts to your workflow.

What does Svend AI do differently from the automatic rules?+

Svend AI responds to natural language. You can ask it "Who owes me money?" or say "Send a reminder to Hansen now" — the AI finds the answer and acts on your command.

Does Svend AI send without my approval?+

No. Svend AI always confirms before anything is sent. You approve with one reply, and the AI executes. You are always in control.

Does it work with my existing offers and invoices?+

Yes. Automation applies to all offers and invoices in Svendetid — both new and existing. You set the rules once, and the system handles the rest.

Is it included in the free plan?+

Basic reminders are available on the free plan. Advanced rules and Svend AI automation are part of the paid plans.

Ready to stop chasing?

Let the system remember what you don't have time to
